The inmates who are waiting to receive the gold should bring their certificates to the General Affairs Department within 3 months from the date of announcement (19th Dec. 2023) to apply for the refund of the gold. Those who have not applied for the return within 6 months from the expiration date of the deadline notice , vested in the national treasury in accordance with regulations.
