Detainees are provided with staple and non-staple foods in accordance with regulations. A portion of operating profit is allocated to supplement meal budget each month.

Extra dishes are provided at year-end and holidays. Meals are designed with consideration to quality, quantity, health, and nutrition.

A meal improvement team convenes once a month to discuss food preparation and items for improvement.
Each season, appropriate clothing and blankets are given to meet detainees’ daily needs.
