1.Civil service

To facilitate detainees’ family member request for visitation, gifts, and inquiries, the House has adapted the “Single Window” service to save application time. The waiting room is supplied with a water cooler, television, newspapers, and magazines for visitors. Long-distance visit service allows visitation from faraway family members. A suggestion box has been added to receive advice on areas that need improvements.

2.Neighborly acts

The House has adopted Yuan-lin Triangular Park and the roads and ditches of Courthouse Street and Courthouse S. Street. A maintenance crew regularly cleans these areas every week to truly implement the concept of “neighborly act”.
